All services are subject to DET Holiday Home licensing requirements, guest rules, and property classification standards. Guests and Clients must comply with all DET regulations, building rules, and security protocols applicable to Holiday Homes.
In accordance with DET and Dubai Police requirements, all Guests must provide a valid passport or Emirates ID at check-in. Copies may be transmitted to DET/Dubai Police systems as required by law.
We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to the Privacy Notice and the Tracking Technologies Policy from time to time by updating the Site. We reserve the right to make any modifications to the Site, which shall include but not be limited to amending and updating these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice, the Tracking Technologies Policy, and/or any other content (including uploaded documents or other resources), terminating, changing, suspending or discontinuing any aspect of the Site at any time, without notice.
