Tracking Technologies Policy

Overview

This policy explains how the Site uses software development kits (SDKs), device identifiers, local storage, and similar technologies (together, “tracking technologies”) to operate, secure, and improve Resaura Site and to deliver optional analytics and marketing (with your consent).

Types of Tracking Technologies and Purposes

  • Essential technologies: enable core functions such as authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, and basic analytics necessary to operate the Site. These cannot be turned off but can be limited by uninstalling or not using the Site.
  • Performance and analytics SDKs: help us understand Site usage, diagnose issues, and improve performance and user experience. Data is aggregated where feasible.
  • Functional technologies: remember your settings and preferences, enable chat/support widgets, and personalize non-marketing features.
  • Advertising and marketing SDKs: use device advertising identifiers and events to show relevant ads and measure campaign effectiveness..
  • Push notification tokens: facilitate delivery of service and (with consent) marketing notifications.
  • Device Identifiers and Controls

The Site may collect device/advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), push tokens, and similar IDs.

Third-Party SDKs and Processors

We use third-party SDKs and cloud services to provide the above functions. We maintain an up-to-date list of key SDKs and processors, including their purposes and data categories, within the Site. These providers process data under our instructions and must implement appropriate security measures.

Retention of Identifiers

We retain device identifiers and related telemetry only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify the data.

Consent

Where required by law or platform policy, we will request your explicit consent before enabling advertising or advanced analytics SDKs or before accessing optional device features. You may withdraw consent at any time using the controls described above.
