Your apartment will be professionally cleaned and fully prepared prior to your arrival, with fresh linens and essential amenities in place. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request at an additional cost.

How often is the property cleaned?

Cleaning is provided prior to check-in. Optional housekeeping during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Is airport pickup or drop-off available?

Yes, airport transfers can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Kindly share your arrival details in advance, and our team will assist with arranging transportation. Additional charges apply.

Will someone be available to assist with check-in?

Yes. Our Guest Relations Team will be available to support you upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Is self check-in available?

Yes, self check-in is available. Please note that guest details must be submitted in advance, as required by local regulations.

What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Can early check-in or late check-out be arranged?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Will I receive check-in instructions in advance?

Yes. Check-in instructions are shared 24 hours prior to arrival (or on the same day for last-minute bookings). Property access details will be provided on the day of arrival via the Keyless App.
