Resaura Selection
BOOK A STAY

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the onboarding process work?

First, we assess the property and sign the agreement. We then collect the required documents and complete all compliance and permit formalities. Once this is in place, the unit is inspected, prepared, furnished if needed, and professionally photographed. After that, the property is set up in our systems and pricing tools. Finally, we go live on booking channels and begin full operations, supported by ongoing reporting and performance monitoring.

What types of properties do you manage?

We manage a wide range of residential properties, including apartments, villas, townhouses, and other premium residential units.

Do you manage both apartments and villas?

Yes, we manage both apartments and villas, provided the property is registered as residential in the Dubai Land Department (DLD) records.

Are there minimum quality or location requirements?

Yes. Properties must meet both Resaura Selection standards and DTCM requirements. The unit should be fully furnished, well-maintained, and ready for guest stays. If you're unsure, we can always schedule a visit and guide you on the next steps.

How long does it take to list my property as a holiday home?

The timeline depends on furnishing readiness and permit requirements, but in most cases we can list and go live within one week.

Can I use my property personally when it is under management?

Yes, you may use the property for yourself and your guests, subject to availability and advance scheduling.

Is there a minimum contract period?

We require a minimum commitment of 6 months to ensure revenue optimization and consistent performance. Standard agreements are typically for one year, aligned with DTCM licensing timelines. However, we remain flexible depending on the property and owner requirements. (Under review).
